When a couple or an individual adopts a child who is born in other country and becomes a legal and permanent parent, then this type of adoption is called International adoption or it is also famous by the name of inter country adoption. The legal parents of the adopted child must have to meet all the legal requirements of the country from which the child belongs and also of the country to which the parent belongs. All the countries are not interested in this international adoption except few. They are Korea, China, Ethiopia and few more. These countries have well-established rules and regulations for the adoption of child.

They enquire about the age of the adoptive parents, financial condition, marital status and history, educational level psychological health, sexual orientation and many other things so that they want to confirm whether the adoptive parent is suitable for particular adoption or not.

They must be ready to face all the problems regarding the adopted child.
