I'm sure you've heard of kegel exercises before, most people have. Just in case you have not, it is an exercise specifically designed to work out the muscles in your pelvic region known as the PC or pubococcygeus muscle.

A lot of people believe that kegel exercises are specifically for, and can only be practiced by females. This is not true. They are are exercises that can perform both by females and males alike.

Another common misconception is that the PC muscle is in fact just a single muscle. In actuality, it is a group of muscles that are located in the general pelvic region behind the bladder and genital area. These are the same muscles responsible for the ability to stop your self from urinating.

When strengthened, these same muscles can be used to help yourself refrain from premature ejaculating. These exercises, if done  regularly over a period time can significantly assist with PE issues. If they are done properly that is.

The first thing you need to do is locate the muscles. The easiest way to do this is right before you urinate, flex to stop the flow of urination. The muscle you are flexing at this point is the muscle that you're trying to target.

Now simply tighten and release. Repeat these contractions over and over again. You could also exercise by contracting and then holding it for as long as you can and then releasing, then repeat.

If you stay at it and practice every day, within about two months time you should see a noticeable difference in your ability to control this muscle. Eventually, once it is strengthened enough, you will be able to use it to prevent ejaculation.

It is important that you always practice your premature ejaculation exercise correctly. Like any muscle training, improper technique can potentially do more harm than it can do good. It is also important that you are consistent and keep at it. Do your exercises everyday, keep at it, and before you know it you will start to notice a difference.

Premature ejaculation exercises like kegels are an effective tool in premature ejaculation prevention. However, it is only one piece of the puzzle, as there are many other factors before you can completely overcome this issue.
