One of the unwritten laws of ethics in the corporate world these days is to look good. This has become a trend especially in an office environment and going out of this circle will surely land you into scrutiny and teasing. This "looking good" standard of society comes together with their "looking slim" criterion. With these it is imperative to say that the society views good looking people not in the aesthetic of their dresses and accessories but with their body shape and size. Furthermore, the conception often leaves out plump ones on the side of the public eye and often unnoticed. Fortunately though basing on the opinion of fashion, these "looking good" things and "looking slim" connotations can be reverse with simply just wearing the right clothes, donning the right facial accessories, having the right haircut, and pretty much choosing right clothes designs and prints.

Time.com has presented several ways on how one can look thin even without losing weight. It’s as if you lost 10 pounds even before you begin your workout or gym program. The basic concept here is to integrate art and fashion in order to create an optical illusion thus making the body look slimmer. This has been a way ever since fashion began and many career oriented individuals has proven these steps to be effective. They use these steps and advice when they wear their workwear uniforms.

The Hips and Back

Bulging areas on the hips, up the back, and down the thighs are basically one of the most noticeable fats. They can be amplified by using the wrong clothes and accessories. First, when your problem is the back fats that swing down your pants, it’s good you use high waist workwear uniform pants. Never allow yourself to be on the wrong side of the road by wearing a-line skirts and don rather a pencil skirt to hide those big thighs.

The Arms

Unless you are a weight builder and you need to expose your muscled arms then an advice does not befit you. Well, you won’t look slim that way though. From the shoulders down the arm is the widest part of the body as it transcends from a rather smaller parts like the neck and the belly. For this reason, if your arms are actually big, it’s good you avoid using short sleeved tees and dress. Using loose shirts with up to the ¾ of the arm sleeve and with v-neck and a little of accents is but impeccable.

The Face

Face shapes affect the overall look of a person. And it can easily be told when a person looks fat by just looking at the shape and attributes of the face. Elongated face and those that are edgy may seem to look not too fat as compared to rounded ones. Many fashion sites recommend that by using edgy face accessories, the roundness of the face can be minimized because the edges can actually distort the continues accents of the face visually. Hair style also plays an important role in making your face look slim. For rounded face, it is good to refrain from donning hair that cuts in the middle rather accentuate it with bangs.
