Interview tips are like a guide to you. You have already prepared hard for the desired sales job in India, and now you need to display this knowledge and your capability to the interviewer to make you a complete success. Take care of these interview tips and go through them before going for an interview.
It’s not an interview. It is an oral exam. So you have the opportunity to express your best. This is also an opportunity to know about the Company through the interviewers’ point of view. When the interview for the sales job in India is through, and then simply asks a few questions about the company and the job requirement. This shows that you are really enthusiastic about the job in this Company. This also helps you to get an idea of placement place for you.
One should research well about the Company before appearing for the interview. This boosts-up your confidence and you feel relaxed. The person opposite to you also feels that you have done your homework well. Then you are aware of the sales job also.
Brush your teeth. When you talk then first thing that gets noticed is your teeth and white sparkling teeth are a delight to the eyes. This also leaves a remarkable expression. Take a good night’s sleep without worrying too much about the interview. Eat well and then brush your teeth, in the last. This shows that you are very particular about you before going for a sales job. A mild perfume is must to suppress the body odor.
One should give proper emphasis to dressing-up. This creates the first impression about you and first impression is the last impression. For females, dressing-up well is very necessary. They should wear sober clothes. Striking colors do not blend well with the interview. Small studs in ears suit the person and big danglers are a complete no-no. The footwear should not make any noise with floor. As it is sales job in India means dressing-up soberly.
Person should arrive at least fifteen minutes before the interview. Never go too early, nor too late. Last minute rush makes you feel nervous and you might end-up screwing-up your interview.
Make sure you get an extra copy of resume. Even if you forget then get the CD or pen drive in which you have saved your resume. Sales job means that you are fully equipped with your tools.
Show your best as your Mother asked to show-up in front of guests when you were small. Shake hands with eye contact, ask to be seated, and no need to fidget or wiggle. You should avoid scratching, playing with your hair or any such activity because this shows that you are not interested in this interview. Sales job in India means serious business with no frills attached.
Be professional – answer after the question is complete and give point to point answers. Remember interviewer is not there to listen to your stories.
