How Meditation Reduces Stress

This is the true story that I tell you. Although I am not a doctor still young I was cured without any medication. this woman's life changed completely once she wanted to die, but after getting so now I want to live in Queen size.

Meditation is perhaps most closely associated with Buddhism, and indeed was the main practice by its founder, Gautama finally gamed lighting. Buddhism has defined many stages of meditation practiced in order to achieve the highest levels of purifying the mind and clear of all thoughts and mental images.

It is in the region of the alpha waves slower than the subconscious mind can be accessed by the relaxed brain wave state. A regular routine of meditation sessions alpha reduce stress and allow more creative solutions to flow from his subconscious.

If you are walking, start slowly and carefully, aware of the movement of each foot, and contact with the ground below. Follow the example of Sri Lanka Buddhist monk walking up and down the same road in the forest, moving slowly, paying full attention to his feet, his feet moving, changing pressures on the soles of his feet, and the reaction of the earth at his feet. This is a very simple but effective exercise to be truly aware of this.

For the final part of meditation is to try to sharpen their focus. You may want to adjust something that can be heard, or maybe a point in space you're in. Do not try to focus on something that is moving or too distracting or meditation will not work correctly.

Meditation techniques - Two major categories are described in How to Manage Stress by Brian Luke Seaward:

(1) Concentration or exclusive

The thoughts turn inward through mental repetition, visual concentration, repeated sounds, physical repetition, and repetition touch. The eyes often closed.

(2) Including

The independent observation, the conscious mind accepts everything that comes from the unconscious mind. An important point is that this should be done without trial or analysis. This meditation is also called access meditation, meditation and keen attention. The eyes are open.

At the end of your guided meditation, your guide will take you slowly to a normal state of consciousness, making you feel renewed, rejuvenated and relaxed. A guided meditation can be as short as 5 minutes, or until an hour, depending on your personal preferences. In most cases, a guided meditation for 20 minutes or more is recommended if you want to experience a truly deep state of relaxation and maximize the positive benefits.
