A strong part of a winning Texas Hold Em Tournament Strategy is the ability to be able to bully with your chips.

Being able to bully with your chips, that is abuse the fact you have more chips then another player, is usually a very strong part of a winning Texas Hold Em Tournament Strategy. The fact is, getting more chips and growing your stack is super important to be able to win a poker tournament. And bullying is a great way to get this done. Forget winning with better cards or playing a hang 'properly', bully your opponents into a corner and rip their chips away from them!

You need to learn how to play with a lot of chips in front of you. When you have a large stack you are number one, your the boss and you can tell everyone else what do to. You dictate how the game unfolds. When you have a large stack all the other players are scared of you.

The most important thing you can do at any table in any tournament is first notice who has more chips then you and who has less chips then you. You need to know who you can break and who you can't. The idea is that you would prefer to not play against the people who can break you, and you love to play against the people you can break. If you play against a play with less chips then you, and lose, you have taken a big hit but at least you aren't out of the tournament. If you go up against a big stack and lose, well, your out of the whole tournament and that is really bad.

Chips are weapons. Use them. If you are a chip leader or have a bigger stack then most players, continually pound away at them and rip whatever you can from them. Steal blinds, steal antes, come over the top of them to grow your stack. Constantly put pressure on your opponents by continually raising the pot. By doing this you will force those players to have to have a good hand if they want to play with you.

Bullying other players is a great way to smash through to the top at a poker tournament. Any Texas Hold Em Tournament Strategy worth its while will at least refer to this in some respect. When you're the one player at the table who can break someones heart and send them home, they won't want to fool with you. The next time your playing poker, remember how important it is to bully the other players. And remember its completely within the rules.
