Could a stop snoring spray be the answer you've been looking for that will finally give you and your partner the much needed high quality sleep that you've been looking for? Could something as simple as a few sprays each night really cure the huge problem of snoring?

How It Works

Stop snoring spray is designed to be sprayed before you go to sleep.

It lubricates the soft tissues at the back of the throat so that they will no longer vibrate, temporarily at least. Many sprays also contain anti-inflammatory ingredients that help to keep the airways open.

What Are The Ingredients?

Stop snoring sprays are totally natural and made mostly from essential oils. It is these oils that provide the temporary lubrication that prevents the soft tissues vibrating.

Some of these oils are menthol in nature and thought to be good for the airways when it comes to snoring although there is no real scientific evidence to support this assertion.

Do not be swayed by fancy descriptions of ingredients. For example, you may read the ingredient Citrus limonum but you should understand that it is little more than oil extracted from lemons.

How To Use It

With most stop snoring sprays you simply spray three sprays towards the back of the mouth (including the roof of your mouth) and the effects will usually last all night.

With some sprays you are also supposed to squirt some of the liquid up your nose. This may be uncomfortable at first but you will get used to it. The idea with such sprays is to also keep the nasal airway clear and prevent it blocking which itself is one of the three main causes of snoring.

Some people report a slight stinging sensation but this often disappears after a few nights. Typically, a bottle will last between four and six weeks.

How Much Does It Cost?

Stop snoring spray is perhaps the cheapest of all anti-snoring aids and costs around ten dollars for a six week bottle. Due to its low price, many people use it as their first attempt to cure their snoring.

It is also considerably cheaper than nasal strips or mouth guards/mouthpieces.
