How many times have you heard about a six-figure salary that your cousin or a friend earns and you’re still stuck on to the same old boring job that does not help your ambitions and your dreams? Your days of misery end here at this place.
Do you have the 100k factor in you?
If you know, celebs are always held in high regard because of their ‘x-factor’. In the job field, it becomes a little more demanding and it is known as the ‘100k-factor’. This applies solely to people who think that they have it in them and can do anything to achieve that. What other things do you need to have in you, other than simply being qualified?
You should be able to sell anything under the sun.
You should be a master actor! Yes, it is true. The best earning people are wonderful actors and can act their part of the job very well.
You should be street-smart. By this we do not mean that you need to be one of the streets – it means you need to be on your toes always and could work in any condition that comes to you. The next point is precisely about this.
You should learn to adapt to any condition that you can. If you can adapt well, congratulations, already! You are right on your way to break the $100k barrier! The best earners are the best in adapting to any environment they work in.
Lead. The person earning a $100,000 is the one who can lead from the front. He is a team player and can help his firm earn more than their potential. That’s what defines a successful employee.
Upgrade. The world is changing faster than ever. You not only need to adapt, you need to upgrade too. By upgrading, we mean – to upgrade your skill set. The more you upgrade with limited resources, the better are your chances to become a 100k earner!
Work Smart. By this time, you must already have guessed that all these are a part of working smart. A smart worker is one who works less but earns more – simply by their virtue of being a clever negotiator and fast and agile thinking.
Prioritize. Compulsions, impulsions and responsibilities apart, you need to prioritize your work and the target of reaching the elusive $100k level. But luck is on your side. You’re lucky that nowadays it is easy to earn a six-figure salary than it was a few years ago.
Follow this mantra list religiously and no one will e able to stop you in reaching the $100,000 figure. Dream big and dream more!
