A certified residential of Virginia must go through 200 hours of education, which may include the 90 hours of above, 15 hours of professional appraisal practice course and 2500 hours of experience during a period of no fewer than 24 months.
The college requirements here are 21 hours of semester covering English Composition, Principles of Economics (Macro or Micro), Finance, Algebra, geometry, Statistics, Computer Science and Real Estate laws etc.
