Women who want to get pregnant but seem unable to; often try various avenues to cure their lack of fertility. Attacking these issues one at a time is generally a fruitless endeavor when the only real cure for infertility is a holistic approach.
When couples fail to conceive they almost always assume that "something" is wrong. They then approach each possible "something" and attempt to work around it or fix it. When that doesn't pan out they may move to the next "something" and try and fix that. What most people don't realize is that the ability to conceive is a result of multiple systems working together in your body. In fact; in both of your bodies.
If you approach this from the viewpoint that the man may have a low sperm count, you may miss the fact that the woman may be low in folic acid. Focus only on timing your sexual activity and you may not realize that stress or lack of sleep in preventing you from getting pregnant.
This is where ancient medicine got it right. The Chinese, who are renowned for their herbal medicine and natural cures, took a holistic approach to ailments and treatments. Instead of treating the symptoms, like westerners tend to do, they treated the cause. This can be carried over into infertility.
So should you use a holistic approach in your attempt to get pregnant? Well, 92% of women who use traditional treatments show no benefit, so going that route; you've already got the odds stacked against you. And you may be risking potential side effects from drugs and other infertility treatments.
On the other hand, in a recent experiment using natural and holistic treatments, 27 of the 35 women involved conceived within the first three months. Most women will conceive in the first two months using a holistic approach. And best of all it's completely safe and natural.
So if you having difficulty conceiving and you've tried all the traditional treatments it may well be worth your time to investigate holistic help with pregnancy. Two months for now you may be with child.
When you talk with your doctor it's important that you discuss that fact that there may be multiple things working against your attempts to get pregnant. Sometime physicians can develop tunnel vision and failed to see the big picture. If that turns out to be the case with your doctor then you may want to seek out different treatment options. Being told that you're infertile should not be an acceptable answer.
