Your diet plays a major part in your weight loss success so it’s important you get that right. How often you eat is also a major factor for your success.
You already know that in order to lose weight you need to avoid processed, sugary or fatty foods as much as possible.
Instead, your diet should include plenty of protein rich foods and fruits and vegetables. Protein rich foods will include lean red meat, chicken, fish and egg whites. It’s said that you should eat foods that are as close as possible to their natural form. This is why you should avoid processed foods at all costs.
How many times per day do you eat? Many experts suggest you should eat around four meals per day, and others suggest seven meals per day. You should start your day with breakfast, spreading your remaining meals around three to four hours apart.
Eating every few hours will help keep your metabolism elevated.
A smart exercise program – another critical key to lose stomach fat
It is now time to look at your exercise program. Your diet plays a major role in weight loss, but if you really want to get good results, you will need to exercise to lose stomach fat.
Crunches will help to build your stomach muscles, and it’s also important to work other muscles in your body, too. And in order for the fat to melt away from your middle, you will need to incorporate some cardio exercise, too.
Exercising three times a week is usually enough, and when you combine this with a sensible diet you will very soon see results.
