History is a witness to the rise of the short heighted dignitaries or luminaries who won the world with pen or sword. No doubt such trait adds appeal to our features and who not knows that a handsome tall figure hooks the attention of many especially the opposite sexes. Increasing height in the most natural way includes some sort of free hand exercises, taking many a height increasing food on the daily diet and having the right amount of sleep. The parents of the teenagers should take care of filling the platters of their children with an array of balanced foods. The ingredients like calcium, magnesium and phosphorous should be in the ample amounts in one’s diet to increase the height.
The teenagers often indulge themselves into binging the junk foods and get addicted to smoking. Both of these should be given wide berth to grow taller. The increase height tips not only stress on doing the regular exercises or taking the healthy height increasing food but also attach due importance to sleeping for a good period of time. It is needed for the proper digestion which helps in extending one’s height.
