If you have just started your mlm business its critical you read through this article before you actually start working towards recruiting. I am going to reveal to you the 8 most common errors people do in their MLM business and is almost certified disappointment.

It's obvious that most people that get into MLM business will not make any profit. In fact over 90% are going to do the 3 following things:

*They will recruit about 2.5 distributors before they drop out.

*Bug friends and relatives, and different warm market lists, spend a big amount of money on useless tools, before they stop.

*86% of the distributors will quit the business, and 16,2% will stay to buy the product.

The organization makes a lot of money from this process. As the majority of the distributors in no way actually get to such level that they make cash, most end up only spending money.

Here are the mistakes most distributors do.

Common mistake #1:

Making a list of family and friends to join your business.

  • Organizations are keen to teach their distributors this practice, as there is no cost for training. It is very relaxed to teach and they end up with having 100 000's putting out 2,5 reps each.

Common Mistake #2:

Passing out promo information

  • The companies make money off the promotional material you acquire off them

  • YOU end up paying for their advertising.

  • The company has 100 000's to get and pass out this information.

Common Mistake #3:

3-way Calling

  • This is counter productive as people don't want to join the business of a learner.

  • You disappoint to set up expertise, YOU must ALWAYS be the expert. If you need an expert with you, it gives a bad impression!

Common Mistake #4:

Hotel Meetings and holding seminars

  • Didn't you want a "home based business" in the first place ? Then this is rather the opposite!

  • Wasted time with travelling.

  • Wasted money with travelling, and probably wasted money on the room you rent for the seminar.

Common Mistake #5

The product sells itself

  • Your product is the bomb and People desires it!

  • The company would not need YOU if this was true.

  • Not everyone are in need your product.

  • Need to find the audience that wants and desires what you suggest.

  • People might experience a change with your product, but wont pay money for it.

Common Mistake #6

Get 3 who get 3 and you're filthy rich

  • Most known line in this type of business

  • Doesn't work, if it did, everyone WOULD be doing it.

  • Failure rate doesn't support that statement.

  • Its still over 95% who fail!

Common Mistake #7

Get your own duplicated company website and share it with everyone.

  • Counter productive, people like personalized businesses.

  • Company makes cash off the monthly charge you give them

  • Not productive in sales and marketing.

  • Just showing people this website, will NOT get the job done!

Common Mistake #8

Hosting home parties

  • Think, how many leaders are doing this? Yep, no one.

  • Very slow way and time consuming to build your business.

  • You would need to get hold of a lot of of people everyday.

  • Find people who have a need or desire for what you can propose.
