If you are interested in coaching and mentoring others, then share this!

What are you great at?

I remember when I was in my mid-twenties. My coach told me to write a letter to 5 people and ask them what my greatest gifts and talents were from their perspective?

I will never forget the one response that I got back. Someone told me I was a captivating story teller. I actually knew that. I come from a long line of story tellers, but I had never thought of that as a gift that inspired other people. Now, I began to think of it from the perspective of: How could I make a living with this gift.

We are a world of people who love storytelling. When we hear a story we feel like we are in the story which makes time pass by quickly because we are totally present to what is taking place. Well, now I make my living telling stories.

I'm either telling stories to get my point across at my workshops. or I'm telling stories to my customers about other customers (which gets people into action & buying our products). or I'm helping someone see a bigger vision for their future (the future story of their life).

I have taken one of my gifts & built a life around it....What is your Gift?

Write a letter right now to your top 5 relationships. Let them know you are working with a success coach & you want their opinion on what your greatest talent is...... Why they want an ongoing relationship with you?

There is no greater gift than coaching and mentoring others to new levels of success. If you find this tool useful, pass it on to someone you care about.

By now you probably feel amazing that someone else shared how incredible you are with you. I believe that everyone deserves that gift. Think of how much untapped potential there is in the world because no one ever told anyone how great they are. I was telling my friend Steve the other day that he has an incredible gift and that he isn't even aware of it. It wasn't until months later that he shared with me, that no one had ever told him that before. What a shame. I read once that the riches places on earth aren't the oil fields, the gold mines, or even the banks, but the richest place on earth is the cemeteries because of all the buried dreams, businesses, and relationships that never had a chance to flourish.

Your life is about to change!
