Many foods have been said to enhance sexual desire and libido. While some may be helpful as an aphrodisiac, they may not always be the best choice. Some may increase sexual passion, and even act as a natural stimulant, but they can also cause a temporary affect on the taste of your vaginal fluids and sperm. Something as simple as what you had for lunch, could affect your love making later that night, if oral sex is in the plans, leaving your partner with a bad taste. One of the most common complaints women have about performing oral is the taste of sperm. Men’s common complaints are most times related to smell. A sweeter taste and smell isn’t as hard to achieve as you would think.
You may have wondered why oral sex can leave a different taste from time to time. Or even from one partner to another. Every person has a unique taste and smell. Some foods can improve this, while others may make the taste and smell less appealing. A healthy diet can be a contributing factor in how good you taste the next time your partner performs oral sex. Bad tasting sperm or a bad tasting vagina will be sure to spoil a great oral experience, and can cause your partner to want to avoid it completely. Foods that can help to enhance sexual desire and libido are also some of the same foods that can make you taste better or worse. Avocados can give the effect of an aphrodisiac; they are rich in unsaturated fat, but low in saturated fat and are good for the heart. Almonds are said to increase sexual passion, and can act as a sexual stimulate. Almonds are rich in zinc, which is said to enhance libido and sexual desire. And much like asparagus they are nutrient rich. Keep in mind that asparagus is known to alter the taste of sperm temporally leaving you with a bitter taste and odd smell. Chocolate is loaded with methylxanthines and can aid in libido boosting with out any bad affects on your taste or smell. So even though asparagus may be better for your waste line, chocolate is more likely to leave a sweet taste in your partners’ mouth.
Most all tropical fruits are rich in antioxidants, folic acid and vitamin C, all a part of essential sexual health. Any kind of citrus fruit would be a good choice for a healthy diet and will help you taste and smell sweet. Packed with both soluble and insoluble fiber, Figs are said to be a great aphrodisiac. Probably one of the best aphrodisiacs is oysters, although their texture can be a bit slimy, they provide one of the best sources of libido boosting zinc around. But unfortunately they also can leave you with a bad smell and taste.
If you’re concerned with your taste and smell and are looking for ways to improve in these areas, it would be best to avoid over doing it with red meats, fish, dairy products, egg yolks, most junk foods, drugs, alcohol, and cigarettes. These can all tend to leave you smelling and tasting less than sweet. Eating a healthy diet to maintain a balanced ph level is important if you want to give your partner a sweet tasting treat. Some foods will leave you with a temporary change in taste and should be avoided if your plans include oral sex later that day. Onions, asparagus, cabbage, and garlic are some of the worst when it comes to foods that will leave you tasting bitter.
To maintain a sweet smell and taste, load your diet with plenty of fruits and juices, especially, pineapples, cherries, bananas, oranges and mangos. Vegetables are an essential part of any healthy diet and will aid in making you a yummy snack, as long as you don’t over do it with the few mentioned, that can leave you bitter. Plenty of fluids such as juice and water will help keep toxins flushed from your system and will in turn leave you fresh and tasty. Proper hygiene, trimming, and eating the right foods will ensure you always look, smell, and taste your best, giving not only you a great treat, but your partner as well the next time oral sex is performed.
