There are times that your mind feels full, irritated, and fatigued. You don't have very clear thought processes and really feel a bit disorganized. For many this is not something that is enjoyable because it can be a bit overbearing. There are actually things that can be done that may help you get the mind a lot more organized.
For a start, write it all down. Note down your aggravations and your difficulties. Put in writing your ideas. Put in writing any situation that is in your thoughts. Even though this might seem like a pointless exercise, it is good for you. The reason is because these are generally things that are within and outside your mind. When you finally have them out it's easier to allow them to go and give attention to alternative activities.
Something you need to jot down are those tiny problems that you know you need to do but haven't been carrying out. These could possibly be simple things like tasks at home. Make all these in writing and start getting them done. This should help you be able to concentrate on other activities in life.
Enter into the routine of physical exercise. While exercise is difficult, it is something that can help the mind quite a bit chemically. When you do physical exercise, you can gain mental clarity that can assist you be more structured.
Learn how to actually relax and reduce anxiety. There are a few who feel disorganized as well as pressurized simply because they haven't figured out how to just rest. This can be a unique process for you personally because you are special. Discover precisely what works for you.
Go through books on increasing your organizational ability. You won't just learn brand new stuff that might be good enough, although you'll be encouraged often.
