These Foods Can Help You Lose Weight Very Fast

If you are trying to lose weight, it pays to note that the type of foods you eat can have a great bearing on how fast you succeed in losing weight, if at all.
There are two categories of food you have to be aware of. The first type falls in the group called ‘high-satisfaction’ foods. The second type of foods fall in the category called ‘low-satisfaction’ foods. Knowing the difference between these food types, and which individual foods fall into each group, can help you shed weight faster.
The foods you need to eat more of are the high-satisfaction foods. These foods make you feel ‘full’ quickly when you eat them. Besides, you stay ‘full’ for a long time after you have eaten them.
How can they help you lose weight quickly? They contain more protein and fibre, but less fat, than their low-satisfaction counterparts. Also, because you need to eat relatively small quantities of them to feel and stay ‘full’, you are unlikely to put on any weight. Rather, you stand to lose weight as your body responds to the lower food intake by drawing on the excess fat already stored in your body for nutrients.
Potatoes are among the best high-satisfaction foods. Following closely are fish, oatmeal, wholemeal pasta, steak and baked beans. Following these are wholegrain bread, bran cereal, eggs, cheese, white rice and brown rice. High-satisfaction fruits include apples, oranges and grapes.
These are the foods you want to eat regularly, if you wish to become slimmer. You should avoid, or eat very little of, low-satisfaction foods. Such foods contain high levels of fat, but little protein and fibre. Besides, you need to eat tons of them before you can feel, and stay, ‘full’. They are not good for you if you are trying to become slimmer.
The commonest examples of low-satisfaction foods are croissant, cakes, doughnuts, yoghurt, doughnuts, potato chips and ice cream.
In addition to eating high-satisfaction foods, you can slim even faster when you buy and use slimming products like diet pills, tablets, capsules and teas.
Look for those slimming products that have high recommendation by respected medical professionals, have been on the market a long time, and are vouched for by many people who have bought and used them.
