Overeating or eating heavily at night is not a good habit to have because you will be going to sleep soon after eating and your metabolism is at its slowest speed when you are asleep which is likely to trigger snoring since your body is relaxed and comfortable. Of all meals in a day, dinner is usually the most sumptuous and most appetizing meal ever but this is not good news for those snoring people out there. Eating slowly can help you lessen your food intake. Do not eat in front of your television.
