WHAT IS DIABETES? WHY DO WE NEED TO SLASH DOWN OUR SUGAR INTAKE?
Diabetes is a syndrome of disordered metabolism. As the diabetes begins to climb around the world, the government and other health care providers are initiating efforts to invest in health education, diagnosis and treatments for this chronic, unbearable - but controllable - disorder. Millions of people all over the world suffer from this chronic diabetes problem that may result in a range of complications responsible for disabilities, reduced quality of life, shortened life expectancy, and pregnancy-related complications for the mother, the fetus or the newborn baby. When glucose builds up in the bloodstream, the cells become starved for energy because they do not have access to the glucose and in short term and long term frequent glucose build-up increases the acidity of the blood, damaging many of the body's organs, including the eyes, kidneys, nerves and/or heart. That why doctors advise diabetics to avoid sugar-rich foods to prevent unhelpful reactions.
TYPES OF DIABETES
So be extra careful with your favorite food, though sugar is taste good, but too much of it will make us sick. Remember, it's good to know that all forms of diabetes can be controlled and manage since insulin have became medically available. As pregnant women enter their second and third trimesters, the more hormones are secreted since they are pregnant in which the body demands more insulin makes it more difficult for the insulin to help their cells absorb the glucose. Nerve damage can cause your hands and feet to hurt, tingle or feel numb. The syringe, insulin pump and insulin pen helps and assists insulin supplementation to control further diabetes complication. The major treatment of type-1 diabetes, even in its earliest stages, is the delivery of artificial insulin by means of injection combined with careful monitoring of blood glucose levels using blood testing monitors.
DIABETES TREATMENT
A health care team may help you take care of your diabetes as well as you doctor, dentist, diabetes educator, dietitians, friends and family. If oral medications are still an insufficient form of treatment for your type 2 diabetes then you should consider taking insulin. If diabetes control management is taken, serious damage and complications will be avoided. Help your health care team make a diabetes care plan that will work for you.
ALTERNATIVE DIABETES CURES THROUGH THE HERBAL WAY
Insulin maintenance and other medication may only indicate huge medical expenses. In order for the glucose to get through inside our cell, it needs the help of insulin (which is produced by the pancreas). Once we encounter difficulty in absorbing sugar, diseases like diabetes may be at hand. When we digest our food, it is converted into a form of sugar for our body or what we may call as glucose. Aside from the traditional medical treatment you may get a little help from alternative diabetes cures like herbal treatments as well. Diabetes symptoms may occur like repeated urination, weight loss, too much thirst which is not normal for your usual intake. The medical expert should look for the main complications, modalities and the root cause of your diabetes because the result of the assessment will tell the expert which medical approach to take.
