  4. Add vegetables and fruits to your diet, they are healthy and fat free, these tasty snacks are mostly made up of water so they can be eaten at nights and will not make you pack on the pounds.

  5. Serve food in small plates at mealtime, smaller plated equal smaller portions.

  6. Eat only when you are hungry, not when you are sad or happy or angry, emotional eating can lead to obesity.

  7. Eat foods that are higher in calories before noon as you will have more chances to burn off these calories during the day.

  8. Eat 6 small meals instead of three large ones; it is much easier to work off small amounts of food throughout the day.

  9. Eat fruits rather than drinking fruit juices which are high in calories, this is because of the preservatives that are added to these juices to keep the taste, sometimes sugar is also added which means extra calories.

  10. Drive less and walk more, not only do you save gas you may also save your own life, you can also take the stairs at work instead of the elevator.
