Why might you want to get outdoors for some fresh air and exercise regularly? There are a lot of possible points in favor of doing that and few valid reasons not to.
The usual reason for NOT seriously considering is inertia. Sometimes it's lack of information. Sometimes people hesitate because they are afraid of the unknowns. Sometimes it comes down to not knowing how. Sometimes it's just not knowing the real benefits.
Good information usually helps to clarify things. That's logical. So let's get more info. Let's look at three good reasons why you might actually want to get outdoors for some fresh air and exercise.
First, exercising will prolong your life and hold back aging. O.K., I understand you when you object that and say that you just do not have the time or energy That may very well be true, however studies now show that it is very important to do this for health reasons.
Second, getting out and getting some sunshine on your face daily is also beneficial for good health. Plus, the sunshine is the number one source for production of vitamin D. And vitamin D is crucial to good health, lowers cancer risk and is a good antioxidant.
Third and last, if you get out and exercise using interval training this will increase your lung capacity which is also now linked to longevity. This will mean that you will live a long and healthier life. Once again, you do want to enjoy your golden years right!
Think about these reasons and how they apply to your situation. They are strong enough reasons to convince many to get outdoors for some fresh air and exercise on a daily basis. Do they really apply to you also?
In view of all that, what do you think? Shouldn't you get yourself outdoors for some fresh air and exercise daily?
