People love deals on merchandise and consumers of mobile phones are no exception.
While they enjoy all the features of advanced phone systems, they certainly would prefer to avoid paying too much for them.
If you are a seller/reseller of cheap mobile phones, you should seriously consider listing your items on eBay and other online auction sites. These venues can easily connect you, the seller, with those customers looking for great deals.
It is, however, suggested that you boost your knowledge base on the subject. This will allow you to provide better customer service which, in turn, enhances you ability to be successful.

Cheap Mobile Phone Glossary
Antenna: An accessory designed to decrease call drops due to loss of signal. Problems such as the inability to pick up signals can develop if it is bent or damaged.
Phone Charger: This is not part of the phone. It is a carriage that the phone is plugged into in order to transfer of power charges to the battery. As long as the carriage is not dropped or mishandled, nothing will likely go wrong with it.
LCD Screen: This is the crystal clear display screen of the phone’s functions. Cracks and warping are common problems reported due to mishandling of the phone.
Battery: This is the power supply that fits into the back of the cell phone. It is extremely durable and generally will only falter if exposed to water or moisture.
SIM Card: An identity chip inserted in the phone under the battery. Allows the cell phone to store personal information such as phone numbers, preferences, voicemails. The worst problem it can develop is a loss of data.
TF Card: A flash memory card that fits into the cell phone and stores digital data such as pictures, audio, and video. The corruption of stored files might occasionally occur.
Microphone: This is an attachment (usually part of a headset) that plugs into the cell phone that allows you speak into "hands free". Shelf life is finite and microphones may fail to work properly after two or more years.
Speaker: This is an attachment that can be plugged into the cell phone and it amplifies what the other party is saying. As with the microphone, it can fail to deliver proper sound quality as it ages.
Processor: This is the central nervous system of the cell phone and is located inside the casing. Improper operation is a rarely reported problem as processors are built to last.
Mini SD Card: A mini removable memory device designed to store data. This card attaches to the phone. A common problem is that it can be lost or damaged when not attached.
Chipset: Motherboard that integrates various accessories and components of the cell phone. Located inside the phone and failure to connect intended items would be a sometimes reported issue.
Bluetooth headset: Best and most popular headset on the market. Built to last but problems with microphone and earpiece functionality can occur.
Camera: A digital camera can be part of the internal drive of the phone. It is operated using controls on the touch pad. Driver issues preventing proper operation may occur.
Data Transfer Slot: Slot on side of the phone where cable can be connected to transfer digital files to and from the phone. Blockages of dust and debris might occur.
Stylus: Accessory shaped like a pen used to touch the phone pad. The purpose is to prevent smudges and fingerprint smears. The only things that can go wrong with it are that they may end up snapped or lost.
G-Sensor: A gravity sensor inside the phone designed to present landscape or portrait images on the screen. Problems with the G-sensor could lead to distorted screen images.
