Q. How will your product or service generate business for me online?

A. We bring your site to the first page of Google. We also market it to directories, social sites, video sites and article sites so that traffic from those sites come to see your product. We first do a key word research to identify your potential niche markets where you can compete effectively. Then we optimized every page for the search engines. This ensures that qualified leads interested in your products, come to your site.

Q. How are you different from the other web designers / website makers?

A. We only target the well researched niche target markets by optimizing each page, article, video and picture to give you a position on Google's first page in that niche market. This brings you targeted traffic who are closer to converting to take the action you want.

Q. What is the difference between your packages?

A. The intensity of marketing and research are the main differences. The basic package only gets the site to Google's first page for one target market. The other packages also target multiple niches so the number of prospects coming to the site increases. In the second and third packages we also setup a system to collect leads which you can follow up with over time.

Q. I want to know what benefits I will get for the money I spend. How long will it take to get more leads and more clients?

A. When you work with us we give you a online progress monitoring link. This allows you to do detailed checks of the website's progress. Before starting work you will receive a itemized invoice that will tell you everything we will do for you.

Our experience shows that the time line is highly dependent on how quickly we receive the content from you. In any case the time for each step will be spelt out in the online monitoring system.

Q. Is this a onetime expenditure?

A. The packages are for one time expenditure. If you need ongoing marketing or support, we will be happy to provide it for and extra cost.

Q. I want to know how long it will take to complete the website.

A. How fast the website is completed depends on how quickly we receive the content, how complex your requirements are, and how rapidly we can take joint decisions on your needs at every step of the way.

Q. When can I expect results / Google first page.

A. For all packages we take only 50% of the price as advance. The balance 50% we take only after we delver performance. So in the case of the Basic package, we ask you to pay us the balance 50% only after your site is on the first page of Google for your niche key phrase.

Q. What is the guarantee I will get leads?

A. As in the above answer, we ask for the balance 50% payment only after you receive 10 leads for the Gold package and 15 leads for the Platinum package.

Q. I want updates and minor changes e.g.

A. Ask us about our additional support packages which are tailor made to suit your requirements. Or you can choose from one of our standard ones.

Q. Who will do the maintenance of the site e.g. Renewals, Technical support?

A. We also provide webmaster services for an additional fee. However you may not need this service at least for the first year.

Q. What happens if site slips back into oblivion?

A. The Internet is a very competitive and dynamic medium where innovations happen everyday. And there will inevitably be competitors who will be improving there own offerings to get more traffic, just like we have done. So yes, your site may slip down unless it is marketed continuously, but this depends very much on your competitor activity.

In this case you will need to work on the site regularly. Or you can hire someone to do it for you. Alternatively, you can use one of our packages.

Q. I want the site to reflect what we do and how we do it including a look & feel I like?

A. Of course. This is why we spend so much time upfront clarifying in our minds your USP and your business so that we can build the site accordingly.

Q. You must keep my costs down.

A. We generally do not recommend any tailor made software, and use only open source software that anyone can use or modify. Also we train you to upload your own content so that you are not dependent on us for minor changes.
