How to choose the right Oxford architect career path

Choosing a career as an architect can be extremely exciting, challenging and very rewarding. If you gave a good understanding of space and shapes as well as a real love for buildings and imagination you could become the perfect Oxford architect. Once decided that Oxford architecture is the right field for you there a certain things you need to know in general that will help you get started.
Within architecture there are many different fields you can study. First of all you will need to do a course that gives you a basic understanding of the theory and skills of architecture. These courses include the theory of architecture and calculus. After you have done a basic course there will be a wide range of fields you can choose to specialize in. Whilst doing your basic course to become an Oxford architect you should begin to explore your options research the different fields within Oxford architecture and choose the ones that excite you most.
If you're going to have a career and specialize in one area of architecture it must be something that you are passionate about and it makes you excited. You do not want to choose a field of architecture that doesn't excite you or you will become quickly uninterested. Once you have decided on the field of architecture that you want to pursue and specialize in you should choose where you are going to study. You can either stay in the same architecture school or going to another, better equipped school after you've received your bachelor's degree. Upon completion of graduating your next step would to either become a freelance Oxford architect or apply for an intern position with an Oxford architecture firm. It depends on the Oxford architecture firm if you will be paid or not as an intern; make sure you find out before you start. If you do a good job and work hard there is a good job at the end of your internship you will be offered a full time position as an Oxford architect. If you pick the right path and put the work in you can find yourself on a very successful and fulfilling career path.
