Do you understand using slow, boring, standard cardio for weight-loss might well be the largest weight loss scam ever?
Of course you don't. The reason is every fat burning expert these days pushes cardio down our throats.
Ok, well this can be an exaggeration, not every expert believes this...
Some emphasize HIIT, which signifies High Intensity Interval Training.
This approach is honestly far more efficient and effective than standard slow cardio.
Honestly here. Would you rather train hard for twenty minutes or so, 3 days weekly...or for 60 minutes, five days weekly?
That is what HIIT is capable of for you. It might possibly shorten your regular workout time in half.
But not only this, it actually will provide you with better results too...
Studies from Australia have proven that Interval Training is far more advanced than slow, standard cardio.
In actuality, only Interval Training has been shown to lose stomach fat. Standard cardio can really lead to fat gain.
How is this possible?
Well it can cause yourself to be hungry right after training. This makes you eat, negating almost all of hard work.
Eat an excessive amount though and not only will you decrease your progress, but you will erase it entirely.
This doesn't happen with HIIT.
Instead, Interval Training increases your metabolism post workout, therefore, you go on to burn calories even after when your regular workout has finished.
Another benefit to High Intensity Interval Training is a reduction in over-use injuries.
I had been around 160 pounds when I graduated school in 2001. I was doing a bit of exercise throughout my years, mostly running...but I discovered myself weighing 208.5 back in January of this year.
I remember trying to run again and i nearly blew out my knees doing so.
I only wish I had known about Interval Training back then. I should have have cut my workout time by 50 % and given my body one day of rest between workouts.
Alternatively I could keep running, hurt my knees, and been away from exercise for months.
I can only imagine how much weight I would have gained in that time.
I'm now down to 192 lbs. and this is all due to a blend of Interval and Resistance training. I have a long way to go, however I was really fat.
If you happen to be seriously interested in fat loss then I implore you to ultimately add Interval Training to your personal weight lifting program - you will lose the fat.
Just know there are various types of interval and weight lifting programs available. Nevertheless not all of them are created equal...
