Imagine with me that there was a way for you to prevent cancer in your life, starting today? Would you buy it?
It's true...Keeping cancer from finding it's way into your life is easier than you might think.
In fact, you're in luck, because I'm here to take you by the hand and tell you exactly what you need to do to stop any potential cancer in it's tracks and keep you and your loved ones completely cancer free.
Let's get to it, shall we?
#1 My first tip is obvious...You need to work to eradicate all sources of processed, fatty, unhealthy foods from your diet. Why?
The first reason for this isn't because it's healthy, it's because most overly processed foods are filled with various carcinogens...Make no mistake about it, as people eat more and more fast food that there is a correlating rise in cancer rates. This really is serious stuff, the data is there to support these claims.
Do yourself a favor and cut out the processed foods.
Instead, try giving cooking a try. If you can you should cook all of your meals, including the meals for your loved ones (if this doesn't apply to you then disregard). Buy fresh food from your local grocer, it doesn't even have to be the expensive "organic" stuff, it just needs to be non-processed. It's best to make an effort to make all of your own meals, but just come as close as you can.
Just look at it as the diet that you're finally going on!
Tip 2 - Many times even eating a healthy amount of fruits and vegetables isn't enough to keep your body in tip top shape. I recommend that you talk to your physician about multi vitamins if you're not already on them.
This is essentially adding reinforcement to your other cancer fighting efforts. If you've already altered your diet to be healthy, you've set the logs, and you've lit the fire, but once you start adding to your diet with supplements like antioxidants and vitamins, you're fanning the flame to make an impenetrable wall that no cancer will be able to pass through.
Would you like a little something extra? Begin daily exercise! Exercising isn't guaranteed to help fight cancer, but it definitely doesn't hurt, and many people swear it makes a difference. I suppose this is your third tip.
I'm sure you've noticed a similarity in all of these cancer fighting tips...Not only are they aimed at fighting cancer, but they also all have the side effect of being really healthy! That's not on accident, actually, A general rule of thumb for cancer prevention is to just live healthy.
Don't get me wrong, these tips help, but do you really think there's any way to prevent cancer to everyone without exception? No, There's no way to do that...But, do I know that every one of these tips will make it less likely to get cancer? Then that I must answer with a YES!
I hope that you take these tips into consideration, I really think that you won't regret it!
