Front Squat - Now there's a workout that no one ever does! Want to know how to do it? It's just like a standard squat, however you relax the barbell on the front of your shoulders instead of the back. The outcome? My recommendation would be to try and incorporate these in 2-3 workout routines each week to get maximum results. Oh one final thing! The next exercise that people never do is the reverse hyper extension. Here's a quick guide: Get a reverse hyper device and use it. You'll get up on a platform type thing so that your body is supported and your legs are hanging. To perform the movement you'll need to fix your legs to a pendulum type thing underneath the platform (this swings back and forth). From here all you need to do is swing the pendulum backwards and forwards using your legs. The effect is a deep workout of the glutes, hamstrings and lower back.

The final workout that's amazingly Uncredited is the overhead press. Just as the name sounds, this exercise is just lifting weight above your head (usually by means of a barbell). You will be blasting away shoulders, upper traps and biceps and triceps with this particular exercise. Of course, because of the solidity necessary for this movement, you'll be working your core as well.

Now, to truly gain something from every one of these you will have to actually use them, but if you do then you will be greatly rewarded for your effort.

Trust me, I've been there. Every one of these workouts used to be a scarcity in my training, now I actually do them constantly.
