I have very strong opinions when it comes to fat loss...In other words, I'm right. The problem is that most people, including most 'personal trainers', are totally 100% convinced that the solution to effective fat loss is to start jogging, or doing some other form of cardio.

Now, the PROBLEM with that is that, well, it's not true. I'll just tell you right now that the absolute most important part of losing fat is your diet. However, when it comes to what you can do physically, I have to say that I've personally (and scientifically) found sprints to be the #1 solution.

I know I know, just telling you to go start sprinting isn't going to really help you burn fat, you probably want some more instruction than that, right?

You're going to be doing what's called interval training. I'll get more into that later, just keep reading.

The VERY first thing that you need to do is to warm up your body...This is essential for injury prevention. I don't mean just jump up and down a couple times and call it good, I mean actually taking at least 5 minutes to stretch. Fully and adequately stretch out your legs and arms, especially your hamstrings.

Now that you're good and stretched, I want you to use a stop watch or something and sprint for 20 seconds. Again, that means that you're running for the full twenty seconds! Not, sort of work up over 5 seconds, sort of sprint for 10 seconds and then 5 seconds of slowing down. You sprint for the full 20 seconds. Now what you're going to do is walk for a minute and repeat the sprint. You'll do this for a total of 4 sprints.

Continue to do this work out for 2 weeks, then increase the sprint count by 1. After 8 weeks you should be doing 8 sprints every work out, just keep it at 8 and focus on sprinting harder or resting less. After about a week of doing these sprints you should start to really notice some differences in the amount of fat on your body.

Just give these sprinting intervals a chance. If you really follow through with this I can promise that you'll be looking a lot leaner in as little as 4 weeks.

Thanks for reading my writing, and good luck!
