Now some people - maybe even you - may wonder if promoting with articles always works to drive vast numbers of visitors to your site instantly every single time you do it. The truth is not every single article you write and distribute online will hit a "home run" and bring a landslide of visitors to your site... in fact; some of my articles were a bust! It depends on your target market and what people are searching for among other reasons. That's why it is important to write at least 1-3 articles a week.
If you submit say 5 articles a week, in 4 weeks that's 20 articles. I am putting so many articles out there now that they will all add up to a incredible amount of study traffic! At times I'll hit a "grand slam home run" with an article that takes on a life of its own and deposits thousands of visitors on my site in a couple of days!
There are quick and easy techniques for pumping out high-quality, professional articles. There are ways to persuade dozens, hundreds, even thousands of website owners and ezine publishers to put your article in front of incredibly targeted readers who can visit your website and purchase your products.
When you're writing your article picture one person that you are writing to. This will make your writing more pleasant and lend a hand to keeping your readers interested in your article. Using lots of white space will assist you to make your article look more professional and keep more of the skim readers interested in your article. Make sure that you haven't misspelled any words, skipped words, or used a homonym such as "their" when you meant "there." Remember, that spell checking only catches spelling mistakes so you'll need to go over your articles even after using your spell checker.
If you have paragraphs that are too long, try to break them up into two or three paragraphs so that your article will be easier to read. If you run an affiliate program, let your affiliates publish your articles with their affiliate URLs in your resource box. You'll be able to effectively increase your sales by giving your affiliates an easy way to successfully promote your business to their visitors or subscribers.
Regardless of whether you actually "write" your articles or not, since these visitors come to your website after having read an article you wrote, they come with a very different mindset than if they're clicking on a search engine listing, a banner, or an affiliate link. So it's important to select websites that accept your type of articles.
Anyone who comes to your Web site as a result of reading your articles is very interested in learning more about you and your products. They are "pre-sold" on you! Why? Because they now see you as an expert who can help them solve a problem or fulfill a need! People will know if you are fake so research and bring good quality information to your readers.
Just think if you could get your traffic spread out among hundreds and thousands of different sources and you lose one or two it's no big deal... business continues and life is good.
But if all your traffic only comes from pay-per-click, or Yahoo, or search engines like Google, or just a few key affiliates - what happens if you lose one of those sources? You lose everything in one night! So don't put your eggs all in one basket! Learn other ways of writing profitable articles.
