What are panic attacks? Why am I going through such condition? You had probably asked these questions a couple of times and yet you still don't have any idea why of all people you are the one going through such dilemma. Just before I start, I want to make sure that you are aware that you are not the only one suffering from this condition; actually, there are a lot of individuals out there experiencing the same problems you are going through every day of their lives.

Panic attacks is a condition that is manifested by extreme and unpredictable bouts of panic. Panic attacks would stop the person's capacity to function properly. The third and could possibly be the most difficult one to manage is your own personality. Incidence of panic attacks are high among people who are aloof and those who finds difficulty in expressing oneself. Negative emotions kept inside will cause too much stress as well. This is hard to handle given that there are individuals who are used this way and so adjusting may not be that simple.

Last contributing factor is the use of medication. It has been ascertained that there are some drugs that could trigger a panic attack. One good example is benzodiazepine; this drug is ironically prescribed so as to control signs and symptoms of the disorder. You need not to worry really since the panic attack is just an initial response to the drug.
