Are looking to buy a used car or truck? My name is John Sellers and I recently had the pleasure of buying a used car and truck from Steve Curry at Heritage Motors in Medford Oregon.
We moved back to the valley in August of 2009 after leaving in 1983. I was in the need of a truck for my construction business that I could use to drive to and from job sites and to do hauling with. I was referred to Steve at Heritage by multiple members of my family. In the last 20 years they had bought over 10 cars from him.
Visiting the lot came with the normal trepidation that comes with buying a car. However, I was very comfortable with Steve and told him what I was looking for and that I was prepared to spend about $16,000. After carefully listening to me, he recommended that I get two vehicles. One would be a work truck that was older so I did not have to worry about it getting scratched and that would have great hauling power. The other would be a more comfortable car for driving around town.
I loved the idea, but the first words out of my mouth were "I am not spending more then $16,000!" Steve said with a smile on his face "John, if you like the car & truck that I am thinking about, you will spend less than $13,000".
Well, needless to say, I got a great deal on two vehicles and I spent less than $12,500. The truck is an F250 that is a real work horse and the car is a Jeep Cherokee. It has been 4 months and having both vehicles has worked out even better than expected. In fact, my wife likes the Jeep so much that she is making me drive her Suburban!
I highly recommend that if you are thinking about buying a used car or truck from a dealer in Southern Oregon that you visit Steve Curry at Heritage Motors in Medford. Please let him know I recommended him.
