Certainly there is cynicism (justified in my view) towards the mainstream weight loss industry, but there is also a sensible, healthy solution presented: "If you are to lose fat you have to feed your system with the fuel to get the job done. This calls for a balanced diet - you perhaps will be amazed at what you actually get to eat! Then you require a workout approach which works on core strength.
