Network marketing success requires that you have people who are capable of creating a success out of most of the things they do. The personality type that fits this bill is the fire type. If you are not familiar with the fire type and are not one yourself you will need to learn more about it so that you can create a good working relationship with these types of people. The fire personality has many strengths, but they also have many weaknesses.

The fire type is the person who will work hard to gain the network marketing success that they desire, but you must be aware of their weaknesses so that you can know how to present the business opportunity to them. Fire types are not known for letting grass grow under their feet so this means that you will not have the luxury of explaining every little detail. Because they are not the best listeners you have to start at the end. Start with the lifestyle, the freedom, the vacations, the competitions and tell them how you can help them live it. Because you are not wasting time on details the fire type doesn't care about the fire will be able to make a decision more quickly than if you were to go on about the details.

Another weakness that is not really that great for network marketing success is that they are more interested in projects than people. The bad side to this is that network marketing is a business that requires people work together, but when there is a project that needs to get done the fire personality can do it. This is why it is important to stress the project end of the business rather than the people side or it. Some people would like the fact that they would have the chance to work with their own downline, but a fire is going to need to hear this in terms of projects.

Because another weakness of the fire type is that they are not fond of following a routine everyday, this is actually a strength for network marketing success. With network marketing people have the opportunity to leave their cubicles behind where they spent eight hours doing the same thing all day. Fire types cannot tolerate this type of job and you can let them know that network marketing does not give that to them. When they hear that your fire types will want to jump on board immediately.

Network marketing success will come to you if you use the presentation that your company gives you with a fire type because it fits them well. Because your fire types can be wowed by the lifestyle you have to show them they are ripe for the picking after you demonstrate to them how your business can take them toward living that lifestyle. With fire types the compensation plan is a must-see at the beginning of the presentation. Anything that your sponsors tell you to do when you present the business is most likely the right thing to do for a fire personality because network marketing companies pattern their pitches toward this personality type.
