All four personality types have their own quirks that may make presenting a business opportunity challenging so we will learn what those are now. The wind types are known for acting upon their impulses. For this reason you will not have a lot of time to talk about one thing because they are always searching for something better. You will have to present at a fast pace like with your fire types. As it is true for the fire types that they do not need a lot of detail to make a quick decision, this is also true for the wind types. They are highly impressed with the social side of things and they will react positively to that so you will definitely need to show this to them in your presentation.
When you do a network marketing business presentation with a wind type, like the fire types, you will not have someone who is the greatest listener. Talking is their thing, listening is a lesser known talent. The fact that they can talk to people is great for when they will be the presenters, but in the beginning it is you who has to convince them it is a good idea to join the business first so you will have to get around the fact that they would rather talk than listen. But when you are presenting your business opportunity you have to take on the properties of the person to whom you are presenting which means you have to be a great talker. But, remember that you cannot go on for very long. In order to keep your wind type from feeling like she is being lectured to you can take several breaks in your presentation to allow her to say what is on her mind.
What will help you in your multi-level marketing business presentations with wind types is to keep from discussing the future too much. Network marketing companies will sometimes have you ask prospects what their goals are and where they would like to see themselves in five or ten years. These are good questions for another personality type, but not for a wind. Wind types are not in the habit of mapping their futures out ten years in advance; they are too busy having fun in the moment. They want to see results immediately, so even though your sponsor will tell you to first ask the prospect, "What are your goals?" it's not proper to ask a wind this question.
The type of business presentation you do with a wind will determine whether they will think that you are someone they can work with or not. If it is not obvious that you like people as much as wind types do they will have serious reservations about you. They love people and being around them so this is exactly how you have to be in a presentation. If you can show them that you are like they are then they will know that you will also be someone who will be there to help them should they need it. They are dependent upon other people for attention so when you have wind types on your team they will keep you busy from time to time.
When a wind type begins to do his own business presentation he may not follow up as he ought to which is why you will have to play a big role in their presentations in the beginning. You can set a good example of how to perform follow up duties in how you follow up with the wind types. This is how you will work with your wind types in the network marketing business so that you have good workers moving toward the same goal.
