Personality Types That Are As Nice As Ice

The last of the personality types is the ice. They pay attention to detail and they are very analytical. This is a person that you will make a presentation to without your materials in sight; they will not make a dent on the ice type. What the ice type needs is for you to give them all the details and not expect them to have an answer right away because they need to go away to analyze the whole thing. The details will mean something to an ice type not pictures of mansions, boats or parties.
Of all the personality types you will have in your downline, the ice is the one that will be the most organized and controlled. They are the opposite of the wind in that you can ask an ice type what their goals are and they will tell you. They are so organized that they have their calendars with them at all times. They need everything to be pefect and they also expect everyone that surrounds them to think the same way. When you are giving a presentation to an ice type, since you know that they are expecting perfection you will have to be prefectly prepared to meet this expectation or else your meeting will not go well.
The ice type is the personality type that will do everything to make their presentations and everything having to do with the business exactly right. They will tackle their training with the utmost vigor and will not start until they have learned all they think they need to know. You'll have to show them you are as much of a perfectionist as they are and that you want them to get everything right, too. Because of this it will be wise to not just go into detail about the business, but to also go into detail about the training they receive with you. It may be tempting to talk about the money they could make, but you will have to refrain from trying to convince them to make a decision based on that alone.
The ice type is the most suspicious and cautious of all the personality types. Their lack of people skills leads them not to be very social and if they have a presence on MySpace, for example, their number of friends is very limited. The ice types will not have a ready made set of people to whom they can recruit into the business like your wind types do. The solution for this personality type is to train them in online marketing methods. These methods require that there be communication over the phone, but the ice types are capable of learning how to do this effectively. Don't forget to let them know that you will teach them all about how to do this.
The most difficult of the personality types to recruit into a network marketing business may be the ice types. Ice types do everything at a much slower pace than everyone else because they are slow to trust people and they need so many details before they can begin, but their strengths may make having them on your team worthwhile. They follow their own carefully laid plans and for this reason they appear to be efficient in their jobs as well as their lives. They are not the frivolous type and they don't like to be late which is exactly how you will want to present yourself to them.
Some personality types are harder to impress with the presentation your company gives you. Learn more about giving an effective presentation to all personality types for your network marketing business by visiting expert network marketer A. D. Kellon's website.
