Animal Kingdom Disney Theme Park in Orlando offers fascinating attractions that will captivate your entire family. The larger than life Disney attraction is one of four blockbuster theme parks at Walt Disney World. From the inspirational centerpiece of the park, the Tree of Life, to the 1,700 animals and 250 species that roam the grounds, you’re sure to find yourself enchanted by such non-stop entertainment. For a rip-roaring time, thrill seekers have a multitude of options. You’re in for waves of fun on the Kali River Rapids whitewater rafting voyage. Expedition Everest twists and twirls you through the Himalayas. The roller coaster ride is home to the Yeti, whom you get to see up close and personal. The Tree of Life is a massive 14-story, 50-foot-wide tree at the heart of the park. At the base of the tree is a movie theater where kids will cheer during the 8-minute, 3D movie: It's Tough to be a Bug!
Kids are able to ride most of the attractions, as many do not have a height or age requirement. The Boneyard play area allows the young ones to get in touch with their inner Tyrannosaurus Rex at the dinosaur playground. Get to know a host of real characters at Camp Minnie-Mickey. The entertainment really takes off with "Finding Nemo – The Musical." The classic story comes to life during the live stage show that tells the heartwarming tale of Nemo and his friends.
