Typically a top quality website has a good page rank value (above PR 5) i.e. if your website be full of useful information to public then it will be ranked it high by Google. A fine case is Wikipedia, which is an enormous encyclopedia that is at all times ranked high due to the informative contents and worthiness of the content.
