When you have warts you want nothing more than to get rid of them. Depending on where they are located they may cause you pain even. So how can you remove warts once and for all? There are several ways that we will look at, and you can decide on which way you will try to remove your warts.
There are several different products that you will be able to buy over the counter. Some of these may have a problem with them and keeping the warts from coming back. However, there are others that will get rid of that wart and keep it gone. Sometimes you're going to experience some side effects though too. Bleeding, itching and pain may only be a few things you will feel.
Freezing is the most popular way in many cases to remove warts. Now that they also have many products that are available over the counter that use this way, you can look into those. Or you can head to see your doctor and have them do it. If the wart is in a location that is hard for you to reach it may be best to have a doctor do it, or someone else.
Healing time after you've had cryotherapy done is maybe a week or two. But you should have absolutely no scar from the treatment, and no more wart. It's not all that simple though, because you may have some pain from the removal, or possibly an infection.
You can also look into natural methods to remove warts too. Though many people will tend to feel that most natural methods do not work, they really can help you remove warts. In many cases you will not get a scar from the process either.
What you use to remove warts will be your decision when it comes down to it. When researching information there was even a way listed that said you could use duct tape to remove warts. Really I don't know what it's all about, but it sounds pretty painful. Of course my imagination can make many things seem painful.
But that wouldn't be a method that I or many others would recommend that you use to remove warts. Try a doctor, over the counter or natural methods before you head out to buy that duct tape. Yes each of these may be painful, but they have to hurt a lot less than that duct tape would!
