Mobile phones do discharge an electromagnetic radiation when they are in the on position. Today, the radiation is known as cell phone radiation. There has been a lot of interest in the radiation that comes from mobile phones in recent years. In fact, it has also been the subject of a great deal of controversy. There have been reports that the cellphone radiation is responsible for cancer, stress, tumors, sleep problems and headaches.
The studies that have taken place over the years have come under fire from the opposition. There is really no answer to the question about whether or not the cell phones cause these medical conditions. However, one thing is clear, there is no real way of knowing if the damage is real and you will face ill health in the years to come.
The damage that is caused by mobile phones cannot be known until it is too late. Unfortunately, most people will not know if they have been damaged by their cell phones until they become ill in the years to come. People have been using their cell for a number of years and this may already be creating a health issue that will not be known for many more years to come. Mobile phone owners must make the decision now about whether they will continue to use the devices that may be causing irreversible harm to their health. There are some precautions that you can take to help prevent the difficult problems that may or may not result.
Most people use headsets and Bluetooth devices that can cause more problems with the radiation. The wires and devices that are attached to your head when you use a headset may be causing more problems than the use of the phone itself. There are some things that you can do to ensure that you are not being harmed by your cell.
Keep your cell phone as far away from your body as possible. Mobile phone users can use the text option on their phone more and use the voice option less. The speaker phone option on your cell phone is another way to prevent cell phone radiation from coming into contact with your body. Use your home phone and turn the cell off when you are charging helps to limit the contact. Parents should not purchase phones for their children and you can select a cell that has a lower radiation emission.
