Yet if you have a content of 500 words it doesn’t mean that you should use only one keyword within every 100 words to have the percentage of 1. This kind of special and relevant word distribution can be different. For example the last paragraphs of your content can contain all five key words of phrases while the first and the middle ones are lacking them. And this distribution is ok.
High keyword density and its consequences
Imagine you stuffed your 450 word content with keyword "UK SEO" 12 times or more and happy that the keyword density is high.
