The economies of the world have been more and more interdependent as each day goes by.
Businesses underwent numerous changes over the past few years. The rise of information products has carved a path for outsourcing companies to grow.
Simply through those, more and more businesses are now being outsourced to destinations beyond the boundaries of main companies. Outsourcing is fast becoming an effective and feastible part of a top business model in relation to its growth and productivity.
Why Choose India?
Productivity and growth are now the teaser benefits of outsourcing.
The country at the top spot proving those is India. All over US and UK, India is the preferred destination for outsourcing assignments.
Recent studies have shown that forty four per cent of the world’s offshore are outsourcing back office and software services in India. It has been noted that as many as 400 Fortune 500 companies have their own branches in India through IT firms.
India has also a myriad of skilled people available in the country. Because of this vast number, India can afford to trim down the cost of services without having to cut down on quality. Just by looking at the list of companies that have back office operations in India one will truly understand and believe this.
Several airlines such as British Airways and Lufthansa have already been outsourcing their ticket reservations to India. The same goes for Dell, HSBC Microsoft and Standard Chartered in outsourcing their accounts and research work.
Having established their creditably with those well reputable companies and corporations, Indian outsourcing firms decided to take their services to the next level by developing the systems to scale operations and manage the clients’ needs more professionally.
Due to their strict selection and training of candidates, their workforce is now highly skilled enough in providing not just quality service in outsourcing but value in other added services as well.
Another advantage they have over Asian and Middle-East countries is their fluent English language which has topped their native language as their priority in terms of subject languages to be mastered.
As a result of this, India is now the second largest nation in having most English speaking citizens. This statistic is not just based on what they have in India but the companies they built and based in UK and US.
Another reason why India becomes a hotspot in outsourcing is because of its government policies. Due to overwhelming support given to outsourcing in India and around the world, the government decided to invest to ensure its continuous growth exponentially. As of now, its value has now increased way beyond what it used to be when it got started.
The financial stability which India has been enjoying for the last sixty years gives India a distinctive edge over other countries in outsourcing. It has a GDP rate of 9.2 per cent and its infrastructure and status continues to improve in the services provided.
Since India has proven herself in talent and compentency, businesses from around the world are now eyeing it as one of the main countries to outsource their tasks to.
