The obvious and immediate option is to look for a conference centre but there are alternatives. It depends quite a lot on the type of company you are and it also depends on what the conference is for. Addington Palace in Croydon has a very rich history and being set in 150 acres of landscaped gardens offers a regal and not to mention beautiful setting.
