Quinoa is an extremely healthy and balanced kind of grain. You will need:
• ¼ cup of sherry
• ¼ cup of water
• One teaspoon chicken broth bouillon
• Two tablespoons soy sauce
• One tablespoon sugar
• One tablespoon cornstarch
• Thinly sliced carrots
• Thinly sliced zucchini
• Three portions of chopped green onions
• Thinly sliced summer squash
• Cooking oil
• One pound of chicken
• Four cups of quinoa, cooked as mentioned in package
• One teaspoon of peeled fresh ginger root
PROCEDURE:
What you must do to start with is to make the sauce. To achieve this, just combine the bouillon, sugar, sherry, soy sauce, water and cornstarch in a small dish. Put aside.
You will then have to put together the meal by heating up the oil in the wok till it is heated enough. If it is, add in the green onions as well as the ginger root and toss for approximately one minute. Add in 1 / 2 of the chicken, cook it for about a minute, remove it then put the remaining half. Cook this for the same exact time frame, after that put all of them aside. Add the carrots in to the wok, cook for around 2 minutes and toss frequently. Add in the zucchini and also the summer squash right after the carrots and then stir- fry for approximately 2 minutes. Make sure you toss it frequently. After that, pour the sauce in to the veggie and then blend well. Put the chicken again, cover it up and let steam for around 3 minutes. As soon as the sauce is thick enough, remove it from the fire and serve quinoa meal.
