Once you've read this article, you'll have the secret ... the often unexplained secret about meditation.

Meditation is fast becoming a household term in the Western world. 100 years ago, most wouldn't have believed it ... It used to be rejected by 99% of people in the western culture.

Needless to say, although now a common conversation over most dinner tables, Western understanding is very much in it's adolescent stage.

Now you'll know what most people are missing ...

The average meditation practitioner of today will be of the understanding that meditation is about settling down thoughts. A common, and completely dangerous myth, is that one has to force thought to stop ... this is probably one of the most anti-meditation things you could do ...

The real truth is, that even settling thoughts down is only the beginning, but few teach this. The first part being going beyond thought processes, to awaken clarity. The next part... using the concentration to see the truth of literally everything.

THIS IS ESSENTIAL!

This part being missing is the main reason why so few of the worlds ardent meditation practitioners have progressed beyond just feeling more peaceful. Enlightenment... which really is just a pretty term for waking up, is only possible through a structureless observation of reality. One free of pre-judgement. The result of this? A better world for everyone.

When you get a full clear lookat the root of hatred, greed, in fact all forms of wrong-doing, is simply that people are semi-asleep, and don't truly know what they're doing. They are seeing things through the tinted spectacles they've been handed by theor [arents; teachers, favourite magazines and even news channels.

Don't we all deserve to get back our personal power to see directly?

Those reading, the brave and bold enough to go beyond their ideas to the truth, will have only one possible thing stopping them, and that is having the ability to fit meditation in regularly. Until now.

You should know many charge you for the information on the other side of this link, but I'm feeling generous. I recommend you go there before I start charging for this free meditation ...
