Atheists Believe in Miracles Too

It is extremely common for atheists to run around accusing Christians of being illogical in their beliefs of God and God's miracles. What atheists fail to realize is that they indeed hold their own beliefs and put their faith in miracles as well. We will take a look at some of these miracles and show the hypocrisy of atheists and their claim to only believe in what they can prove through science or what they are able to touch or see. In addition, when we demonstrate the faith that atheists hold we will also put it up against the faith held by Christians and see which is truly more logical.
The first and most obvious miracle that any atheist must hold to is the well-known "Big Bang Theory." The entire reason such a theory exists is because everyone recognizes that our universe is not eternal and had a definite beginning. In a universe governed by cause and effect there had to be an initial first cause. You can not have an infinite regression of causes and effects. For this reason Christians have no problem admitting that they believe in an eternal God who has always existed who created the universe in the beginning. In other words for the Christian it is God who is the "first cause."
For the atheist they are forced to believe that in the beginning everything sprang forth from nothing. Everything we know currently tells us that the idea of everything coming from nothing is absolutely impossible. It is because of this that we are presented with our first "atheistic miracle." Atheists believe that everything came from nothing. Now all you need to do is ask yourself which of these two position is more reasonable and logical. Does it make more sense that an eternal God created everything or that everything came from nothing?
The second major miracle that atheists must believe in is the miracle of life coming from non-life. Christians will tell you that the origin and source of life is the eternal and self-existent God. Atheists will tell you that living beings came from non-living material. This is another concept that we know to be absolutely impossible. In fact, the Law of Biogenesis states that life can only come from other preexisting life. Again we are presented with another miracle that the atheists hold to. All you need to do is ask yourself which is more logical: The living God creating life or the idea that life arises from non-living material.
These are just a few examples of the pure hypocrisy displayed by atheists who accuse Christians of being illogical and unreasonable. They are also believing in ideas and theories which have not and can not be proven by mankind. No one was there at the beginning of the universe or when life first began. Therefore, to claim that a scientific theory as fact is unspeakable. Science itself requires that something must be tested, repeated and observed in order to be proven. We can neither test, repeat or observe the beginning of life or the beginning of the universe. Therefore we are left with making the choice as to which theory or explanation is more logical.
