Grapes for a "thin cheek"

They are a great source of vitamins for your skin! Use two tablespoons of yogurt, mix it well with grape or grape juice until a smooth paste is obtained. Lay it on the skin and leave to act 20 minutes, then rinse with warm water. White grape juice is tonic and moisturizer, so you can use it to compress for dry and irritated skin from sun and heat.

Apricots as tonic

After a good shower one can use some apricot juice on face, neck and cleavage. The juice, slightly acidic, is great for soothing and refreshing the skin – let it dry on your skin, then you rinse with warm water. Your skin will remain soft and fragrant. Apricots are sweet and have a very aromatic smell, but in addition they are rich in vitamins and healthy and help you keep fit and energetic throughout the year. They are natural sources of vitamin A and C.

Lemon face mask

Here’s another piece of fruit that goes into many cosmetic masks. In a mask for skin mix one egg yolk with two tablespoons of honey and a teaspoon of lemon juice. Apply the mask on face and leave on for a quarter of an hour, then rinse with warm water.

Another mask which is fantastic is made from raspberries and lemon juice. This is made from two - three tablespoons of crushed berries, one tablespoon flour, one teaspoon of lemon juice and one egg. Mix ingredients together, and then apply on face, leave to act for 20 minutes and remove with water.

Raspberries tone, the egg provides vitamin E, lemon juice purify and wheat flour has a stretching effect. Another option is to mix two tablespoons of bran with a teaspoon of yeast, one teaspoon of lemon juice and a tablespoon of water and rub your face with the mix.
