Many RV owners do not have the space to store their RVs when not in use; McBride’s RV Storage is the answer to affordable RV storage needs. McBride’s facility is over 17 acres of fully paved parking spaces to accommodate RVs, large commercial trucks or large fleets of vehicles. This huge facility, designed with the RV owner in mind, is chalk full of security features and amenities that cater to the RV owner.
Security Features of McBride’s RV Storage
McBride’s takes the security of its tenants’ vehicles seriously. The facility is surrounded by 13 feet high solid walls and the entire facility is lighted with stadium lighting at night. Entry to the facility is accessed by individually programmed proximity cards. While the general access hours are from 7am to 9pm daily, some tenants require special hours of access. McBride’s is happy to change access hours to fit the needs of the tenants. This flexibility is especially advantageous for businesses using RV storage.
In addition, coded access allows staff to monitor and record each entry and exit of the facility. Tenants with multiple drivers are able to track employees. The coding system is synchronized with the video surveillance system.
The security system of McBride’s facility was designed with consultation from law enforcement, security advisors and emergency personnel. The resulting system is one of the most sophisticated security systems available with a combination of recording surveillance video cameras and cameras that tilt, pan and zoom in. These cameras are placed strategically throughout the facility to allow zoom-in, focus and monitoring of movement in the entire storage yard.
Amenities of McBride’s RV Storage Facility
McBride’s features easy and convenient access to parking spaces with extra wide driveways, large turning radiuses, and 30 degree angle parking. The facility has about 1,000 covered or open parking spaces in a wide array of sizes. The excellent underground water detention system drains water, and keeps the facility environmentally clean while preventing potholes and flooding.
The facility offers a no-charge custom designed wash area for RVs. The wash area has an extra spacious pull-through with four feet high catwalks on either side. High pressure hoses and nozzles are positioned on each side with nozzles dispensing soap, liquid wax, and spot free rinse.
McBride’s amenities include two no-charge dump stations for dumping and rinsing RV holding tanks. Both stations flush and swish like toilets. Toilet paper and chemicals for the holding tanks are available for purchase at the facility.
