When you are gripped by anxiety and it's paralyzing claws, the idea of banishing it from your life sure sounds liberating. No one planted it in your mind. Although this might sound like a dis-empowering idea, it is really the opposite. If you created it, you can un-create it.

Start by doing it with each and every one of the things you feel anxious about. Take them one by one and ask yourself "how is this not true?" - as you analyze these ideas more closely you will start to create doubt and the doubt is all you need to start adopting a new belief that will empower you instead of keeping you locked up in fear and anxiety.
