From a diet point of view you will also eat far less because the taste is more intense.

When it comes to cakes and biscuits you should also seek alternatives. They are calorie bombs and some cakes contain a massive amount of calories. There are a lot of low calorie cakes available form most bakeries these days and many supermarkets now stock low calorie biscuits and cakes that taste just as great.

Nothing adds stomach fat as fast as bad sugars and bad calories. Sweets and snacks are bad news for your belly, but by making some small and simple changes you can make some real changes.
