Using a chair or bench you scoot your butt off the edge and lower yourself up and down using your arms. Your shoes should be on the floor and your legs should be straight out sloping up to the chair. The triceps is the second largest muscle on the arm.

If the triceps gets bigger your arms will get bigger. Squats don't have to be a big exercise done in a gym with a lot of weight. You can add weight by using household items like water bottles, milk jugs, or even can food. Squats work out the quadriceps, thighs, hamstrings, and hips. You can also use dumbbells to add more weight. Dumbbells are not expensive and can drastically increase the number of exercises you can do at home. As one grows from a child to an adult, one's set of rights and responsibilities expands. In order to perform one's duties and implement one’s rights effectively, it is absolutely important to be healthy. To raise a family, to bring up your children, to take care of the aged in your family, you need to be healthy.
